Thinking about YOU in Your College Search
Have you ever taken a survey to discover your strengths?  I use the Brief Strengths Test at www.authentichappiness.com with every teen I coach-it’s such a great way to get perspective about yourself:  to celebrate what you do well and to discover that your greatest strengths can also be your greatest weaknesses.

As you know from my previous post, my strengths of creativity and curiosity sent me down a fascinating path… but I had to pull myself back from the brink/getting lost in the reading, and get down to work.  I’m happy to say that I’ve already incorporated some of what I learned on that adventure-into the fourth draft of my ebook!

What about you?  Do you want to learn more about your strengths?

In all the years I have coached teens, I have suggested the survey of strengths to all of them, and they have loved it!  Check out the site, taking the survey is free.   I’d love to hear what you discover about yourself… and then ask you some questions.
☛  How do you see yourself using your top strengths in school, at home, with friends, and in the community?
☛  How do your strengths (sometimes) get you into trouble?
☛  How can you use what you have learned about yourself in your college search and selection process?  How will you apply your strengths to this challenging project?

I’d be happy to help you answer those last two questions.  Shoot me an email or give me a call if you would like  support in using your strengths… it can make for smoother sailing!
